Refund Policy

  La Moustache will process your return and will process the refund only after receiving your return of the eligible product(s) we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of the purchase for a full refund, make sure your box is postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Product must be free of wear and tear.
Returns will send back through standard postal service, even if the original order had additional items.
In order to process an exchange or refund, please make sure to include the original packing slip, return or refund will be rejected if no original slip is included with your return.
 The product purchased must be unworn, needs to be return in the original packaging, the product has to be in new condition. We won’t accept returns if the product(s) have been altered, damaged or resized.  
Depending on your financial institution, all refunds will be credited back to your card within five to ten business days after initiating the return. Any credits for your return will be returned back to the original credit card.
 Shipping charges aren’t refundable. If you have any questions regarding a credit that hasn’t been posted back to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
